A luxurious sauce made from juicy wild cranberries. Perfect as an accompaniment to turkey, goose or duck.
In Germany, cranberries are often referred to as lingonberries. That's not exactly correct.
In the English-speaking world, cranberry sauce, a kind of jam, is often eaten with dark meat. The special taste of cranberries gives these dishes a tasteful elegance that has become a classic.
The Wilkin family have farmed in Tiptree, Essex since 1757 and have been making quality preserves there since 1885.
We grow a wide range of traditional English fruits and use them to make preserves and spices in our nut-free farm-based factory.
Our products are made according to loving recipes and are free of artificial colors and flavors. We inspect and prepare our fruit by hand, then cook it in small batches in traditional copper-bottomed pans.
We received our first Royal Warrant from George V in 1911 and remain Royal Warrant holders as suppliers of Tiptree products to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
